职责

• 向业务总监报告
• 协助领导和管理内容
• 不同媒体的格式，并从设计和使用的角度提升产品质量：出版刊物、广告、市场营销产品、网页的版面设计
• 负责整个制作流程，从手绘草拟设计图到生产最后作印刷用途的绘图
• 跟进生产前及生产后的工作︰批核彩色印刷校样及蓝图，预备绘图备份，并上传绘图至网站
• 支持特别活动，如展览、照片拍摄、研究等

要求

• 大学毕业，主修平面设计/传理/广告设计或相关学科
• 具最少一年与媒介及/或出版社相关的工作经验，亦欢迎应届毕业生
• 能在工作流程上提供多方面意见，并且熟悉出版工作流程、审批程序、跟进印刷及生产
• 公开考试中、英文最少一科及格

Responsibilities

• Assist to lead and manage content for different format of media and to upgrade the products from design and usage point of view: layouts for publishing, advertising, marketing deliverables, web pages
• Production from drafted design by hand sketches to final artwork production for printing purpose
• Pre and post production follow up: approval of color printing proof & blueprints, prepare artwork backups and uploading artwork to website
• Support ad-hoc events like exhibitions, photo shooting, research, etc.

Job requirements

• University graduate in Graphic/Communication/Advertising Design or related disciplines
• At least 1 years relevant experience in Agency and or publishing house, if not fresh graduate is acceptable
• Proficiency in the workflow of brainstorming, publishing workflow, approval procedure, printing and production follow up
• At least a pass in open examination in English and Chinese

• Act as editor and Reporter
• Support ad-hoc events like exhibitions, photo shooting, research, etc.

Job requirements

• UUniversity graduate in Journalism/mix media or related disciplines
• At least 1 years relevant experience in Agency and or publishing house, fresh graduate is acceptable
• Proficiency in the workflow of brainstorming, publishing workflow, approval procedure, printing and production follow up
• Good English and Chinese (Putunghau)
